Basics of Gourmet Cooking Series:

In week four of the Basics of Cooking we will learn how to sauté,
braise, roast, and grill; beef, lamb and pork, and also how to
identify the different cuts. Of course we will also enjoy a meal
including salad, vegetable, and a dessert of fresh fruit and cheese.

Session Four finds us learning about culinary equipment, utensils,
and food staples. And what items are needed for a completely stocked,
cook ready kitchen, and even Mardi’s recommendations for a portable
kitchen for camping, cabins, or cabanas! Our menu includes a complete
meal from the pantry!

Marshmallows are part sugar, part science, and mostly yummy!
Come learn to create these decadent and delicious Easter treats.
We will cut them into adorable shapes and dip them into sanding
sugar too!
