CHOC ceramic pans are professional pans ideal
for simmering, warming, cooking, and readjusting pre-cooked
dishes. The entire surface is made of very thick aluminum,
( a full 1/4 inch!)
the pan encourages quick and regular distribution of heat for
even cooking. The grooved bottom surface optimizes
contact with the heat source.
