The
CHOC ceramic pan is a professional pan ideal
for simmering, warming, cooking, and readjusting pre-cooked
dishes. The entire surface is made of very thick aluminum,
( a full 1/4 inch!) the pan encourages quick and regular distribution of heat for
even cooking. The grooved bottom surface optimizes
contact with the heat source.
New non-stick CHOC coating
is the result of
new technologies that combine the
thick aluminum
pan with a hard Ceramic base
to ensure the pan
lasts five to six times longer
than a
conventional non-stick pan.
Like
a traditional Lyonnaise frying pan, the CHOC Ceramic pan has a
high, curved rounded rim making it easy to slide food onto the
plate or dish. The handle is solidly affixed with rivets and
stays surprisingly cool. The exterior also has non-stick coating
for easy cleaning.
