with a rocking motion like a European chef's knife.
This great Asian  knife is crafted from one solid
piece of stainless steel.
With its beautiful Bamboo handle, the Mu Deba knife
has no equal when it comes to balance and form,
combined to provide some of the highest quality
cutting tools available anywhere today. The exceptionally well
proportioned blades are forged of the finest Japanese steel
and the handles are of earth friendly Bamboo.
The Japanese 12-15 degree flat ground V-taper blades
assure edge holding sharpness and precision cutting.
