Roul'Pat
Our unique original Roul'Pat mat is
composed of fiberglass
and coated on both sides with silicone, allowing for dough to be
rolled
out effortlessly.
When rolling
out dough on the "top surface"
of the mat, there is no need to sprinkle the mat or the dough itself with flour.
The "Reverse side" is skid
resistant and secures itself to any working
surface.
This food grade mat is100% waterproof,
durable and easy to clean with water
and a sponge. To ensure the longevity
of the mat, do not use it as a cutting
surface and roll when storing instead
of folding. When you use the original
Roul'Pat you'll enjoy these advantages:

Although
the Roul-Pat and Fiberlux Non-stick
baking mat may
look
the same, in fact they are
quite different products.
Both can withstand
extreme temperature ranges,
however, the
Roul-Pat is too large for the
conventional oven.
The Roul-Pat is not designed to be a
baking mat
and should never be folded or cut
in order to fit into an oven.
Due to its skid
resistant properties,
the Roul-Pat's primary
purpose is to provide a large surface
for rolling out dough. |
