Our new, simplified
Bron Mandolin vegetable
slicer is made from 100% stainless steel
and comes with 4 interchangeable julienne
blades, a slicing blade, a waffle blade and a
plastic pusher. The julienne blades have variable
teeth spacing as follows: 5/64" (2mm), 5/32"(4mm),
9/32"(7mm), and 3/8"(10mm). There is a lever which
allows for gradual thickness adjustment from paper-thin
slices up to 3/8" slices
