We love ours when the chiles ripen in the summer.
We like to buy a large bag, roast the chiles,
then freeze them in smaller bags to use later.
We may call it a chile roaster but, it's wonderful
for green peppers, tomatoes and warming your
tortillas! Use it on the grill or on the stovetop!
The handle is removable for easy
compact storage.
