 Our terrific two-sided, round/oval Tartlet Stamp
is made of cast aluminum and is used to gently
mold the interior of the pastry dough to save time.
The round stamp is used to depress the dough
into the tartlet elastomolds, while the oval stamp
on the reverse side is used with the boat molds.
