SPIRAL SLICER

This spiral vegetable slicer cuts vegetables and firm fruits
into curly, ribbon-like slices, long skinny juliennes or
miles and piles of spaghetti like strips.
Wonderful for raw food preparation.
 Simply place the vegetable or fruit on the
 prongs of the wheel and turn the crank while
pushing the base toward the vertical julienne blade,
continuous spiral strands and long, curled julienne strips
are created. Just the thing for fresh appetizer plates or
veggies to use in soups! The slicer is made of plastic,
blades are surgical steel.
