Oval Copper Serving Pan

Our beautiful copper oval pan is available
in two sizes and is wrought of solid copper
with a stainless steel liner for safe cooking and
easy cleaning. Its shallow depth assures a high
crust ratio as ingredients are spread evenly and
thinly in the pan. The two, short handles are made of
polished bronze and are affixed with two copper rivets
for durability.  The outer surface is polished
for a smooth and glossy finish.
