Our wonderful French made Chasseur steamer
comes with a heavy enameled cast-iron sauce pot, a heavy
duty tempered glass colander, and a tempered glass
lid. When placing your food in the colander, the steam
rises through the perforations in the glass and steams
the contents to healthful perfection. The lid will fit
the sauce pot as well as the steamer insert.
