Black Steel Fry Pans

These heavy duty stamped black steel Fry Pans
provide the professional chef with the equipment
needed to cook consistently perfect dishes.
The thickness of this pan combined with the welded
handle provides a good balance between sturdiness
  and maneuverability. This steel pan is recommended
for all high temperature cooking. The traditional black
steel "Lyon" shaped fry pan creates a generous food
to heat ratio which allows for setting, scrambling and
searing. The angled sides keep in steam and
discourage dry frying.
