Adjustable Pastry Strip Cutter

This professional stainless steel, accordion style pastry cutter
is used  to cut long strips of dough quickly and easily. 
It ensures uniformity and cuts down on preparation time.
The distance between the discs is adjustable in a flash
and a wing nut locks your setting in place. This great
tool is available with either plain wheels or fluted wheels
The fluted wheels will create a wavy edge. You also may
order it with plain wheels on one end and fluted at the other.
This combo cutter has seven wheels on each end while
the single cutters have only 5 wheels as shown.
