Olga’s Salsa  
     

1 -14 ounce can of whole tomatoes
2 green onions, chopped
˝ teaspoon Mexican oregano
1 clove garlic, halved
4-6 chiletepins
1 ˝ teaspoons Salt
1/3 teaspoon freshly ground Pepper

 
 
 
 
 
   

 Pour ingredients into blender, and pulse to blend and chop tomatoes.
DO NOT OVER BLEND.
You still want the salsa to be bright red, it only takes about 15 seconds about 2-3 times.
This wonderful salsa is even better the next day, after the flavors have melded together.
