INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix dry ingredients together
then add milk and water; stir to blend well.
Let batter rest for at least 20 minutes, then dip
fish into mixture and carefully deep fry.
Have your oil at 350 degrees F, or even a little
hotter.
Cut fish into pieces about 2X3 inches.
Gently slip fish into hot oil, when food begins to
float, turn
it over to brown the other side. When fish is
golden, place it
on a rack over newspaper or paper bag to drain.
It is ready to serve!
Terrific for most fish species, legendary for cod!
