Raspberry Sauce

 
     
Raspberry Sauce

3 cups (1 ½ pints) fresh or unsweetened frozen raspberries, pureed and strained.
½ cup orange flavored liqueur
¼ cup brandy
½ cup sugar, or to taste

 
 
 
 
 
 
   
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor fitted with the metal blade.

Can be prepared up to 4 days in advance, or freeze up to 6 months.
