Fig and Gorgonzola
Crostini Makes 12 Crostini 12 ¼-inch thick slices baguette
6 figs ¼ cup crumbled
gorgonzola ¼ cup honey Quarter figs.
Place 2 slices on each baguette, crumble gorgonzola
over the fig slices and drizzle honey over the fig and the gorgonzola.
Place in the pre-heated broiler until cheese melts and bread is golden, about 3 to 4 minutes. Enjoy! |
